How long does a website take?
Most small business websites take two to four weeks from our first call to going live, depending on the size of the site and how quickly content comes together.
How much does a website cost?
Every business is different, so we give you a clear quote after a free consultation. It shows exactly what's included, with no hidden extras.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and the key details about your business and services. We'll help with the wording, so don't worry if writing isn't your thing.
Do I need to have a domain already?
No. If you don't have one we'll help you choose and register one. If you do, we'll help you point it at your new site.
Do you use AI to build websites?
Yes, and we're open about it. We use AI tools to speed up things like first drafts of copy, layout ideas and imagery, which keeps turnaround quick. Every site is then designed, written and checked by a person so it sounds like you and works properly.
SEO & GEO
What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO (search engine optimisation) helps your website rank in Google's search results and Maps. GEO (generative engine optimisation) helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews understand your business and recommend it when people ask for a business like yours. The two work together, and both are included.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site we build has the SEO foundations Google looks for, and we set up your Google Business Profile, reviews and analytics. Nobody can honestly guarantee the number one spot, but we'll give you the best possible start and keep improving it.
How long does SEO take to work?
SEO usually takes three to six months to show real results. Local businesses with a strong Google Business Profile and good reviews often see improvements in Google Maps sooner.
What are "regular enhancements"?
Ongoing SEO and GEO work after launch: checking how your site is performing in Google and AI tools, improving pages, adding helpful content, and keeping your Google Business Profile active.

How do customers contact me through the site?
Every site includes a WhatsApp or Messenger chat button and a contact form that sends enquiries to your WhatsApp or email, so you can reply from your phone.
Can you show my Google and Facebook reviews?
Yes. Your reviews are shown on your site, and we make it easy for happy customers to leave new ones.
Hosting & support
Where is my website hosted?
On Cloudflare's global network, which is fast, secure and reliable. SSL security is included.
What if I need changes later?
Just get in touch and tell us what you'd like changed. Support is part of the package.
Can I add more features later?
Yes. Things like a CRM, customer accounts or online bookings are available as premium upgrades, so your site can grow with your business.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. We don't do long-term lock-in contracts. We'd rather keep you because you're happy.
